Project Management Stages Overview

Drawing and 3D CAD Data Analysis:

Our team will thoroughly evaluate the data analysis and assess Production Volumes, Analyze Textures and Graining and Select the Materials that will be injected.

Engineering Meetings:

We will focus on assessing any product changes and conduct Draft Angle Analysis. Material Changes will be reviewed and we’ll also address Mould Flow and Shrinkage. We will also design strategies to Manage Warpage and Filling, as well as many other Considerations.

Project Management System:

In this stage, we’ll select the Mould Manufacturing Site, manage Accessory Sourcing, and organize Global Logistics. We’ll also plan Construction and track Key Milestones to ensure Timely Project Completion.

Mould & CF Approvals and Drawing Finalise:

Finalization of Mold and Checking Fixture Drawings, confirmation of 3D Data and reviewal of Design Elements, Injection gate locations and Cooling Channels (as well as many others).

Considerations for Product Development

Managing the mold Construction, reporting on the Product Development Progress and Evaluation and checking Fixture Developments.

Considerations for Engineering Change Management

Managing the Engineering Changes, Working with the Clients to solve problems and Evaluating the changes and its implications.
